Morning hours is the best time for kids to do exercises. It is not only could smooth kids emotions but also motivate their physiological techniques.
Morning exercises here is very relaxing. We have enough space for kids to do exercises no matter inside or outside. Kids from K2B come to school early and follow their teacher to the playground. The teacher will play different games with kids according to their age.
Besides the regular games, K2-B teachers developed some traditional games for kids, for instance, a game of chicken and handkerchief game. These activities are a good way for kids to learn corporation and build their body.
At the end the of the morning exercises, kids like to put the things away by themselves.
